Homely place, I really enjoyed friendly personnel.
Every single thing was perfect. The room was luxurious and relaxing and the facilities included a safe box, a minibar, and a sofa bed. Brilliant location, the breakfast was gorgeous with wines. This hotel met requirements in every way, would recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Chalet Village. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. the location is fantastic, just a short walk away from all the places we wanted to explore. It only took us 5 minutes to reach the King Street Shops bus stop, making it super convenient. it was a delightful experience!

Great location, close to the slopes and the town center. the rooms were cozy and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and warm blankets that were perfect for the cold winter nights. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with our needs. We enjoyed the sauna and the parking garage, which kept our car safe and protected from the snow.
Our Christmas experience at this hotel was ruined by the poor dining options. the restaurant only offered basic and unimpressive dishes, with limited options for vegetarians and even fewer for vegans.

Beautiful views and cozy rooms with excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby ski area.
The restaurant staff made our dining experience uncomfortable. They seemed to look down on us and treated us poorly compared to other guests.

I loved the amazing view of snow-covered mountains from my chalet's glass doors. The hotel had great facilities like a Jacuzzi, sauna, and warm parking garage. Also, the restaurant had stunning views and the staff was friendly and attentive.
